Client is enrolled in our plumbing and heating preventative maintenance program. We were at the home to perform the annual heating inspection and gas-fired boiler tune up. Through the inspection we uncovered that the automatic water feeder on the steam boiler was damaged and not working. We furnished and installed an autofill. The heating system passed inspection and client is up and running.
Furnished and installed TOTO disc seal, fluidmaster and tank flexie in 2nd floor toilet and Moen 1225 shower cartridge in same bathroom.
Performed annual heating preventative mainenance; inspection and tune up of gas-fired boiler.
Disconnect and remove the existing system from the home. - Furnish and install Burnham Alta combi boiler. - Repipe the entire system with new controls and pumps and fittings. - Fresh air intake will stay as is in the boiler room. A new pipe for the fresh air intake can be done at a later date through the roof but it is not included in this price as we would need to open the ceiling and walls to make sure that the air intake can be done. - Reconnect the gas, electric and piping. - refill the system and test all work.
