Installed owner supplied Delta spread faucet with popup assembly in 2nd floor bathroom vanity.

Furnished and installed new return line for heating system. Cut out existing return line. Furnished and instaledd 1" copper and fittings. Connected to existing vertical riser and reconnected to boiler.

Client called for annual preventative maintenance services. We inspected his gas-fired boiler and performed a boiler-tune up. Boiler is ready for the heating season! We also performed a whole house plumbing inspection and hot water heater flush. The client is enrolled in the Diamond Club program and recieves these services every year.

Client is enrolled in our plumbing and heating preventative maintenance program. We were at the home to perform the annual heating inspection and gas-fired boiler tune up. Through the inspection we uncovered that the automatic water feeder on the steam boiler was damaged and not working. We furnished and installed an autofill. The heating system passed inspection and client is up and running.

Client called for no heat. We furnished and installed a low water cutoff and a gauge glass kit. Home was warm when we left.
